Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our Hangzhou warehouse.

Shipping Rates

For addresses within the United States:

  • Orders under $69 USD: $9 USD shipping fee

  • Orders $69 USD and over: Free shipping

For addresses outside of the United States:

  • Orders under $79 USD: $12 USD shipping fee

  • Orders $79 USD and over: Free shipping

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. In the event of any discrepancy, the amount shown at checkout is final.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days after being placed.

  • Estimated delivery time is 7–14 days, depending on the destination and local delivery conditions.

After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Shipping charges do not include customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Packages may be held at the local sorting or customs facility until required fees are paid. Customs charges may be applied after delivery.

If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, we do not offer a full refund or re-shipping. If the item is returned and successfully received, the original shipping cost plus a $10 USD processing fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We offer exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery arrival. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all packaging intact. Items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible. Item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of confirming the return with us.

If you require an exchange or refund, please send us an email at contact@sombei.com and we will provide you with instructions. If the request is due to defective or damaged product, please provide description and photographs of the problem. Please note if the return or exchange is due to change of mind, or issues encountered where the information is available in the product description, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be submitted by us within 3 working days. The actual date of receiving the returned funds will depend on the processing speed of the financial intermediary and your banking institution.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless defective.

We are not responsible for refunds if:

Packages are refused due to high duties and taxes.
Packages can not clear customs because of restrictions.
Items that are missing because they are confiscated by Customs.
